No Refund / No Cancellation Policy
All purchases made on SmartWork are final and non-refundable.
- We do not offer any returns, cancellations, or refunds once a payment has been successfully processed.
- This applies to all subscription plans, setup charges, onboarding fees, add-on services, and any other digital or software-based services.
- Once access to the SmartWork platform is provided, the service is deemed delivered and consumed.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Partial or non-usage of the service
- Dissatisfaction with features or performance
- Accidental or duplicate payments
