No Refund / No Cancellation Policy

All purchases made on SmartWork are final and non-refundable.

  • We do not offer any returns, cancellations, or refunds once a payment has been successfully processed.
  • This applies to all subscription plans, setup charges, onboarding fees, add-on services, and any other digital or software-based services.
  • Once access to the SmartWork platform is provided, the service is deemed delivered and consumed.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Partial or non-usage of the service
  • Dissatisfaction with features or performance
  • Accidental or duplicate payments
